Our gifted Executive Chef Christian Flaschberger was born in Villach on January 24th, 1971 and already shouted with a loud voice at a young age: "Here I am, I want to cook, give me fire, water and market-fresh products".

Christian Flaschberger spans the culinary arc of his “dolomite-light” cuisine from the Karwendel to the Adriatic Sea, from Friuli-Venezia Giulia to the Engadine. Its aim is to bring out the products, colors and flavors of the regions to their full advantage. The in-house wine cellar offers the right drops to pair with the culinary gourmet delights.
