What is the regular cancellation policy during the summer season?

In the summer season, cancellations are free of charge up to seven days before arrival. From the seventh day onwards, 50% will be charged, and 100% of the booked arrangement will be charged on the day of arrival.

What time is check-in on the day of arrival?

Check-in at the Grandhotel Lienz is scheduled from 3:00 PM onwards. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance by telephone.

What are the fees for using the hotel's underground parking?

The underground parking space in Lienz is regularly charged at 15 EUR per night. A reduced rate of 9 EUR per night applies to direct bookers.

Can the hotel in East Tyrol be reached toll-free from Germany?

The journey from Germany via Kiefersfelden and Kufstein Süd to the Felbertauern is vignette-free. Only a specific toll fee is to be paid at the south portal of the Felbertauern Tunnel.
