Internal Safety Measures
- FFP 2 mask is obligatory in the hotel (not on the table)
- Entrance is allowed if vaccinated or recovered!
- Bar closed at 11 in the night.
- Our Staff have received training about all the safety measures along with a handout with all necessary measures
- Our Hygiene Standards have been increased
- Protective Walls have been set up at the Reception
- Room Keys are disinfected after each Check Out
- Guests will be seated at their table, free choice is currently not permitted
- The table cloths will be changed after each guest use
- Often touched surfaces such as door and window handles, light switches, railings are cleaned with frequency
- We will air the open spaces regularly (depending on weather)
- Hand Sanitizer is available in all areas for guests and staff
- After each stay, the rooms will be disinfected and thoroughly cleaned
- The Rules will be displayed in the Restaurant, Bar and Reception so that all persons are informed
- Tablets in the Rooms will display the most important information
- The rules in the Restaurant, Bar, Terrace and Wellness area will be respected and controlled
- Upon reservation all necessary information will be communicated
- We have prepared a COVID-19 Hygiene Concept
- Mr. Westreicher (the Hotel Director) has done trainings to become the COVID-19 Officer
