The menu creations with matching wine suggestions are served for you by our Restaurant Manager Florian Wallensteiner and team.

About the Chef

Our gifted chef Christian Flaschberger saw the sunlight of the world on January 24, 1971 in Villach and cried with a loud voice at a young age: “Here I am, I want to cook, give me fire, water and market-fresh products”.

His motto: ….first comes the food, then the morality (free according to Berthold Brecht)

The market, the season and the products of the region are taken into account. In addition, there is also the current knowledge about contemporary nutrition.

Christian Flaschberger spans the culinary arc of his “dolomite-light” cuisine from the Karwendel to the Adriatic Sea, from Friuli-Venezia Giulia to the Engadine. Its aim is to bring the products, colours and aromas of the regions to the fullest. The in-house wine cellar offers the right drops for the culinary gourmet delights.
