
Break the bread sticks into approx. 5 cm long pieces. Lay out the bacon and brush the chicken breast with the pesto, place the chicken on the bacon and wrap around the bread stick. Pan fry the outside of the wrap and cook in a microwave on half power

Blend the ingredients in a blender to make a not too finely mixed, rather dryer pesto genovese.
If you prefer, use sage leaves and parsley instead of basil leaves.
