Important Information when Planning your Holiday

Should the prices in the booking confirmation differ from those in the price list, then the prices in the price list are always valid.

If you decide to opt out of the evening meal then you will receive a reduction of 17,- Euro per person. Add on for Half Board 35,- Euro per day an person.

If you fail to show up for booked beauty or wellness treatments without cancelling on time, then we will charge 70 % of the price of the treatment.

The cost of garage is 5,- Euro per day.

When a reservation is made (a contract of accommodation) the Austrian Hotel Association contract conditions from the 23/09/1981 are legally applicable.

Please check your arrival and departure dates carefully as you will be charged for the full reserved period even on early departure.

Rooms are available from 14:00. If you are likely to arrive after 18:00 we ask you to let us know by giving us a call. We kindly ask that you take your evening meal between 19:00 and 20:30.

To make a fixed reservation we ask for an advance payment of €400 per person, payable to our account:

The advance payment also serves as a cancellation fee (21 days before arrival), which means the payment is not then refunded. However, for a new booking within the same year the payment will be counted as the advance payment.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to give yourself peace of mind. We will happily offer you travel cancellation insurance, just ask us.

Dogs

For dogs we charge € 20 per night (without food). Unfortunately we cannot allow you to take your four-legged friends into the restaurants, wellness area or romantic garden.

Visitor's Tax

€ 1 per person, per night, all year round. Children up to 14 don't have to pay the visitor's tax.

Payment Conditions:

Cash payment with all currencies possible. We convert with the given bank conversion rates. You can also pay with Visa, Eurocard and American Express.
